- I can't login / my username and password aren't working! What can I do?
There are different reasons why you might be unable to access the members area. For example:
- You may have mistyped your login information. Remember that your username and password are case-sensitive, which means that "password" is not the same as "Password" or "PASSWORD".
- You're not a member of this site. You can get access now by completing the join form.
- You forgot your password. You may request us for it at Customers Support e-mail. You should send us the email address you used when you joined and your user information will be sent to you via email.
- Your account is expired. You can extend your membership here.
- You are trying to access this site illegally. Please fill our our membership form.

- I am an AOL user. Is it compatible with your site?
AOL is compatible with our site. If you're an AOL member and are experiencing problems with the contents of our site, it's possible that you are using the older AOL browser version 3 or that you downloaded the AOL software from the internet. Please make sure you have updated to the most recent version of AOL or use Microsoft Internet Explorer instead.

- I am a WebTV user. Is it compatible with your site?
WebTV is still in the development stages and therefore does not work correctly on our sites. Contact Web TV directly for information on software upgrades.

- The video does not have any sound. How come?
Not all of the videos in our clubs have sound. Make sure you browser is optimized for use with our sites here:

- None of the links in the members area are working, I'm asked to re-enter my username and password. How come?
Make sure your web browser is optimized for use on our sites. If you have completed the optimization page and there are still problems, your web browser may have cached the members area page. Please Login again and then click the refresh button in your browser (F5 key). If you are using a version of Internet Explorer 6 or higher, please make sure your privacy settings are compatible with our site. You can check compatibility by clicking here.
