Plugins:
As a member, you have access to a number of different services, some of which require additional plugins / software. These are listed below with a description of what they do:

Click on the icon at left to download. This software allows you to view Apple Quicktime movies as they come off the net, and also view downloaded files when off-line. The software is free, but if you wish to upgrade to the 'pro' version it will cost you.

Click on the icon at left to download. This is free software that allows you to view Real Player files, both streaming off the net and off line for downloaded files. Like Quicktime, there is a version you can upgrade to for additional features, Real Player G2 Plus. However, you only require the free version for standard viewing. ***RealPlayer RealOne player currently is not compatible with our sites. Please use an older version of Real Player such as Real Player 8.

AVI format is Microsoft Windows / NT format. When you download these files, you should be able to view them off-line. If you have any trouble viewing these files, try downloading the latest version from Microsoft.

Flash

You may have to install the latest version of Flash/Shockwave from Macromedia to view some content. The download is well worth the effort, as it will also improve your viewing of innumerable other multimedia-enhanced web pages.


Java:

Personal Firewall:
Firewalls, such as Norton Internet Security, are generally good things to have, but they sometimes interfere with our site. If you are behind a firewall contact your network administrator to see if you can have direct access to the internet from your computer. If you have a personal firewall, disable it while you are visiting our website, and turn it back on when you leave.
